We also operate internal distribution lists that follow the categorisation on the website.
You can email practice groups and sector groups as appropriate to ask for or offer help.
The All Lawyers distribution list should be used sparingly so that firm-wide emails are kept to a minimum. Below are some guidelines for using the firm's email systems:
- Send any general support request and all enquiries relating to the firm's tools and facilities to a member of the Team.
- If you are looking for a suitable colleague to assist with instructions, contact the Growth and Development Team.
- Resist the temptation to Reply All or to instigate any firm-wide discussion. Technical and marketing discussion within teams is decidedly encouraged.
Hint: Metadata (i.e. the hidden data within Word documents) is automatically removed from all emails sent externally. Track changes are not affected, nor are internal emails.
Hint: While we block most spam and phishing emails, occasionally a few get through. If you get any unwanted emails and where you cannot unsubscribe yourself, then forward them to the IT Team who can block them permanently. Never click on any links or open any attachments that you are not expecting. If in doubt, contact the IT Team in advance.
