Where you are to be appointed as an arbitrator or a mediator, then you do not need to issue a Keystone Engagement Letter, instead you should file in its place your mediation or arbitration appointment letter/agreement. You should list all parties as the client and the matter should include your name e.g. "Mediation re 123 Acacia Road by John Smith and Fred Bloggs".
