Central Office maintains a business continuity plan to help the firm operate should there be a problem with any of our systems, facilities or people. Many of the details of this plan relate to IT infrastructure and the operation of Central Office and are therefore not relevant to this Manual. However, of direct relevance is how the business continuity plan provides for communication between Central Office and Keystone lawyers. In the event of email and IT failure, the following tools will be used:
