You can leverage the time of others by engaging them into your Pod. You should see the Growing Teams Guide. This sets out the process for recruiting new Pod Members. You can also promote Pod Members, subject to the requirements set out in the Growing Teams Guide. You should inform the Administration Team of any promotions, copying in Sarah Brown in the Growth and Development Team.
You should let the Administration Team know of any administrative changes to your Pod, such as a change of name or address.
