Running a class action is more complex than you might think. You will need to ensure you have a valid engagement with every client and a workable way of getting instructions. There are many logistical difficulties, for example how can we be engaged by and communicate with so many clients, how do you get a binding consensus from so many clients, what happens when a client wants to pull out halfway through? There are third parties who claim to be able to help manage some of these challenges, but even then it might be too much of a stretch.
