You can request client feedback after a matter completes via your Keyed-in account. Go to Matter Manager > My Clients. Select the matter for which you would like to get client feedback and click the Request feedback from client' button. You have the option to personalise and preview the template email before it is sent to the client.
Each time a review is left by a client, Keystone will plant a tree. The Marketing Team will also update your website profile and create a graphic for you to share on your social media.
You can also request for testimonials to be added to your website profile by emailing it to the Marketing Team. Please note, we may have to shorten the testimonial to fit on the website.
