Keystone maintains a Client Account for use by our clients subject to compliance with relevant rules on paying sums into our client account and subject to our Client Account Policy. The Client Account is the only place where we may hold client money. Any funds belonging to others to be held or used by you or us during a matter may only be paid into the relevant Client Account and the relevant Client Account details are the only details you may invite others to send funds to in connection with our and your work. This includes Costs on Account, which should be requested using a Costs on Account Statement.
We have three client accounts: Sterling, US dollars and Euros. Please ensure that the correct currency is sent to the correct account details. Sending the wrong currency to the wrong account will mean it is automatically converted and our bank applies a charge for this and a charge to undo it.
