Client newsletter

The client newsletter is a professionally designed marketing tool sent to all clients and contacts who have opted to receive it. It includes some clever tracking and the Marketing Team will tell you which of your clients read which articles to allow you to follow up directly with them on that subject. If you are interested in contributing an article to the newsletter, please contact the Marketing Team.

Due to UK GDPR we are not able to add contacts without their consent but you can share with them this link (https://keystonelaw.co.uk/newsletters-and-updates) so that they can sign up via the website. If they are a client, you are however able to add them to receive the newsletter either during matter opening by ticking the relevant box on the opening form or by letting the Marketing Team know.

Each month we send out a newsletter to more than 10,000 clients and contacts. Through our mailing system we are able to monitor engagement levels, tracking those who open various articles in the client newsletter.

Our mailing system also allows for a personalised approach, with each email sent from the client's lawyer email address. This means every month, you will also receive individual statistics detailing which clients clicked on items in the newsletter, the results of which often reveal a particular concern a client might currently be facing.
