The COLs can form English, Scottish and Northern Irish companies for you. The fee for this service is £350 + vat for next day and £410 + vat for a same day service, although this takes no account of your time (if any) in taking instructions from the client (for which you should charge in addition).
You must not incorporate companies using our registered office without first making Hannah Doherty aware. There is a process and a fee for companies that wish to use our registered office address and we need clear instructions for where post received for this client should be sent. For incorporating LLPs we recommend Vistra. Again the COLs can assist in taking the details and instructing the agent on request. We also use Vistra for foreign incorporations, though often a local central registry will offer a more cost-effective service if preferred.

When dealing with Vistra, you should quote our account number and provide the client/matter reference number so that the client can be billed at the appropriate time. Vistra will happily post company formation documents to your own office while invoicing Central Office.
