If you are instructed on the sale of a property where the seller elects to deal with multiple potential purchasers (i.e. in a contract-race situation), you must immediately inform all buyers of the seller's intention to deal with more than one buyer. This is no longer as express requirement as it once was (see Outcome 11.3 of the 2011 Code), but the requirement to act with integrity arguably ensure the old rule lives on.
