This Manual sets out in detail how the firm works. It would be impossible to prescribe for every eventuality. Instead, we rely on our culture to ensure we reach the right result.

• Central Office runs the firm for the benefit of all the firm's lawyers and joint ventures with each Pod.

• When working for the clients of others, we should keep the Client Owner in the loop and help further the client relationship. In return the Client Owner should help resolve any client issues.
