If you undertake work for a Central Office-owned client, you will often develop a close and trusted relationship with that client. From time to time, a Central Office-owned client may require advice from other Keystone lawyers and in order to encourage your Pod to develop such new opportunities for your colleagues and to reward you for the time it takes to effect appropriate introductions, the arrangement in the paragraphs below shall apply.
If you develop a Central Office-owned client for the benefit of one or more colleagues, your Pod will become the Client Owner of any new matters that result from such business development and you will be eligible for the Introducer Fee resulting from those matters.
Please note however, that subsequent matters that require only your own expertise and those which flow from the original introduction to you by Central Office, will continue to be owned by Central Office.
To request ownership of a new Central Office matter, please email the Clients Team and quote the new client/matter number.
