Discharging Invoices from client funds

Where we hold client money as Costs on Account you may elect to apply these funds against the Invoice, this can be done when requesting the Invoice through Keyed-In. These funds will then be applied to the Invoice once the Invoice has been delivered to the client.

Where you hold client funds but do not request to apply these against the Invoice at the time of submitting the Invoice (as it is not appropriate to do so) then once you are able to apply the funds please advise the Cashiers accordingly.
