All data subjects have a right of access to their personal data and a right to require rectification or deletion of it. This is not limited to clients, indeed, it most commonly the other side who makes such a request. They can enforce these rights by contacting any member of the firm in any way. Any request is effective, and a response must then be given within a month.
If you receive any such request, please forward it to our Corporate Counsel without delay. If the request was oral, please summarise it as best you can in an email.
