Electronic disclosure (aka e-disclosure)

We can use any of the major platforms. Where the client has not already chosen a provider, then we usually offer our branded service powered by Legastat. This service offers all the usual functionality and has the following advantages:

1. Keystone-branded service
2. Backed by Keystone's PI
3. Integrated invoicing (i.e. not a disbursement)
4. Administrative/logistical support
5. Paralegals pre-trained on the use of the chosen technology.

This service is charged at the rates in our Rate Card. These rates are suitable for most projects, though for large and/or long projects we can usually price more keenly. You should contact the COLs if you need bespoke pricing, for any further information or for help generally on e-disclosure.
