Where our internal paralegal resource is not sufficient or appropriate, we make arrangements to draft in ad-hoc paralegals or associates. This is arranged and overseen by the COLs who should be your first point of contact for such a requirement.
The pool of external talent to which we have access includes foreign qualified lawyers, UK and foreign qualified barristers and assistant solicitors. They will need to pass a conflict check to ensure they can work on a given project.
