The MLCO has senior management responsibility for the Firm's compliance framework. The relevant MLRO receives and assesses internal reports, provides direction on financial crime concerns and determines whether external reporting is required. The Clients Team administers central onboarding, ID&V, screening and CDD records, while the Accounts Team operates controls over the receipt, holding and movement of money.
