A more permanent option is for your Pod to engage one or more additional members. Typically, paralegals and lawyers of around 3 to 5 years PQE are employed by Pods on mutually agreeable terms and work is supervised by Pod Principals. Pod Principals are responsible for supervising those in their Pod and anyone under 5 years PQE working for them under the supervision of another Pod Principal. Supervision should be in line with provisions in the Pod Management Agreement, the Law Society guidance in this regard and also our Supervision Form. This applies to permanent and temporary colleagues.
