HM Courts and Tribunal Service Portal

Keystone has an online account with the HM Courts and Tribunal Service which is linked to our firm's PBA account enabling you to pay certain court fees.

This is a beta service that is constantly expanding. Currently the main service enables you to:

• make a probate application
• make a divorce application
• make a financial remedy application within divorce proceedings
• file a financial consent order for parties divorcing or dissolving a civil partnership
• file a Notice of Acting
• submit a claim in the Damages Claims Portal, for more information see here.
• submit employment tribunal applications.

Please contact the Administration Team who can set you up with a sub-profile. Please note that multiple users in your Pod can be assigned to a case but each user must have their own account linked to their email address.

You must ensure when making a payment with this account that you provide a client and matter reference and email disbursements@keystonelaw.co.uk when a payment has been made so they can reconcile it against the correct matter.

Note: It is now mandatory for legal professionals to make financial consent order applications using the HMCTS online service unless one of the following exceptions applies:

· The application is for a Variation order

· There are existing Financial Remedy Proceedings

· The matter is a Civil Partnership or Judicial Separation case

If one of the above exceptions applies, you should continue to issue your application via paper.
