IT support

We provide around-the-clock IT technical support from a team of IT technicians at a specialist IT company called Nasstar. The IT technicians will try to fix your issues on the phone during your initial call. More technical problems may need to be escalated, in which case you will be given a reference number and called back later that day. Most issues are fixed within 24 hours. They may use tools to access your computer remotely, with your approval, to undertake maintenance and resolve problems. If you have a problem, you should report the issue without delay. We find the best method is by telephone, but non-urgent matters can be replied to by email.

We also have a team based in Central Office who are there to support your usage of our key systems - NetDocuments, Keyed-In and Teams. They not only help with issues but can also provide advice on the best usage of those systems. They work during office hours and can be contacted by telephone or email.
