Throughout this Manual there are references to , which is the firm's intranet located at www..net. is the electronic hub of the firm and all the firm's administration is channelled through it. You will be given a username and password for when you join the firm. This username and password is confidential and should not be shared with any third party (this includes your secretary or PA). If you are having any problems with you can email keyedin@keystonelaw.co.uk.
You should familiarise yourself with and its many invaluable features. A quick guide is set out below. Training is included as part of your Keystone Induction, and further training is available from the Administration Team on request.

Home Page - This page provide a finance status summary, colleague finder, The Pulse, which you can use to update your colleagues on what you are working on. There are also quick links to important pages.
- Colleagues - provides information about your colleagues and their experience.
- Matter Management - provides information about your clients and those of the firm. In this section you will be able to control the administrative life of a matter from the initial client and matter set up, issuing an engagement letter and invoicing to closing the matter when it is completed. It also contains the Tracker tool for recording your time.
- Financials - here you can see various Financials, Time Reports and also the Client Ledgers.
- Support - here you will find a breakdown of the support available to you from Central Office. The section is separated into Admin, IT, Marketing, Recruitment and Compliance support.

Knowledge Hub - provides information to help your work as a Keystone lawyer. Under this tab you will find access to all our legal resources, our guides and stationery and templates.

Central Office - provides details about the Central Office Team and our events calendar. You can also book meeting rooms and hot desks.
If you click on your name at the top right of any Keyed-in page you will be able to update your contact details, emergency contact, personal interests and dietary requirements.
