We recommend either 218 Strand, which is a specialist mediation centre, or the serviced offices in the old Patent Office at Southampton Buildings around the corner from Central Office for mediations. There are a variety of rooms available, each with differing capacities. The costs of the rooms, together with any food/refreshments required, are to be added to the Invoice for the Client's Account. To make a booking, you should contact Reception. We can also hold mediations in our own meeting rooms and if so, we charge £200 per half day, per room. This reflects market rate in the area. The rooms that can be booked for mediations are on the first floor of Central Office.
