Completion statements should be emailed to the Cashier.
You should plan ahead. If you anticipate that you will need to move a large sum of money at short notice, the timing of a transfer is crucial or you need to make multiple payments to different payees, then you should forewarn the Cashier.
Hint: Acting Lawyers and Client Owners receive an automated email notification every time funds are paid into or withdrawn from the Client Account on one of their matters. The Cashier will also email you a Client Account balance report on a quarterly basis.
