MyHMCTS Portal for Employment Tribunals

MyHMCTS is an online case management tool for solicitors and other professionals managed by HM Courts and Tribunals (HMCTS) for reformed services. It allows professional users to submit and manage online claims and responses for the Employment Tribunals. Currently the MyHMCTS service will only be available to legal representatives for the respondent on a reform case. As the design of the full ET reform journey continues, this will also be made available in the future to legal representatives for the claimant.

MyHMCTS enables the user to view and manage their case online, as well as submit ET3 response forms and make applications digitally. The tool is constantly being improved as more technical products are added. At the moment, the Tribunal is transitioning, and this means that you can use both paper forms and electronic forms. It is expected that paper forms will be soon be phased out. If you require a MyHMCTS portal account please contact the Administration Team who can set you up with your own user account which is part of the firm's master account. Please note that multiple users can be assigned to a case but each must have their own MyHMCTS Account.
