You must maintain a solicitor's or barrister's practising certificate (or where you are licensed by another authority, then such suitable current authorisation) at your own expense and barristers (only) must provide us with a copy for our file promptly following renewal. They are renewed for barristers in March. Barristers conducting litigation' should ensure that they are duly authorised to do so and that this authorisation is duly reflected on their practising certificate.
Practising Certificates for solicitors are renewed in October each year using the MySRA site. If you are not an admitted as a solicitor in E&W, your job title should accurately reflect your relevant qualifications. This is also the portal through which you advise the SRA of your practising and personal details. Solicitors and barristers will be reminded to renew their authorisations. If you are licensed by another authority, then it is your responsibility to renew your authorisation.
You should ensure your role is described as "consultant" in the Practising Details section of MySRA (this is the case even where you are employed by a Pod Principal as the MySRA site looks only at your relationship with Keystone and not your employing Pod). It is also important that you opt out of Bulk Practising Certificate Renewals because you will not be able to renew your practising certificate without doing so. Do note that the default position is to opt into bulk renewals, so all new joiners to Keystone will need to opt out as described. Follow these steps to opt out of Bulk Practising Certificate Renewals:

If you provide consulting services to any other law firm, then you will need to distinguish between "Main Practising Details" and "Other Practising Details".
