Property searches

Our main provider is InfoTrack though other providers are available if needs be. The service operates on the basis of individual accounts. All property colleagues are given an account. However, any member of the firm can have an account. To request an account, contact the Administration Team. User training is also available.

InfoTrack offers the usual self-service, though with the following additional useful features/benefits:

To use the Commercial Support Team, just email commercialsupport@infotrack.co.uk and let them know what searches you need. You should attach a plan and give the full address to be searched. He will provide a quote and once you approve that, he will get cracking. When you are using the managed service and where any search result means a further search is required, then such further searches will automatically be done for you providing the cost is less than £100. Once the searches are ready they will be emailed to you.
