RaPId Claim Settlement is a portal which connects claimant lawyers and insurers. It facilitates the electronic exchange of all relevant claims-related documentation between claimant lawyers and insurers in connection with RTA PI claims of low value. Access to this portal requires individual lawyer-specific login details. A user account can be set up for you by the Administration Team on request.
If you use the Portal, then you know how important it is to check it regularly. Checking the Portal is your responsibility. A User Guide is available on the Claims Portal website as well as the User Agreement which assists with compliance of Claims Portal use.
