The best way for us to grow is to work with people you already like and rate highly. We therefore not only encourage, but actively incentivise you to promote Keystone to those you know. There are links to helpful recruitment resources below. Whether you want us to have an initial chat or whether they are ready to make a formal application, you can rely on our help and discretion and you can earn a recruitment bonus. For further details, if you need a little help or to make an introduction contact the Growth and Development Director. You can qualify for three types of introduction bonus as set out below.
A bonus of £5,000 for every lawyer you personally introduce to us, who we then subsequently engage as a Keystone consultant.
A bonus of £1,000 for every lawyer whose details you supply to us with a view to our contacting that lawyer, mentioning your name and enquiring as to their interest in Keystone, who we then subsequently engage as a Keystone consultant.
If you introduce a lawyer you meet at a ticketed event, then, on production of the ticket receipt, you will not only receive £5,000 (Personal Introduction Bonus) but we will also reimburse the cost of your ticket.
Recommendations and introductions should be made by email to our Growth and Development Director. Payments of the Personal Introduction Bonus and the Colleague Recommendation Bonus are made two months after the introduced lawyer starts work with us. In the unlikely event that such lawyer stays with us less than three continuous months, then these bonuses become repayable. For the avoidance of doubt: lawyers who join together do not trigger recruitment bonuses for each other; the introduced or recommended lawyer must join within two years of your making the introduction or recommendation; your introduction must be a material factor in the lawyer's decision to join; bonuses do not apply for those joining an existing Pod; and bonuses only apply for recommendations of and introductions to lawyers with whom we are not already in discussions as to their joining Keystone.
