These files remain on your computer after archiving (but of course not after deletion in accordance with UK GDPR) for your ease of reference, but they are also stored on the Keystone main server from where they may be retrieved. All emails can be retrieved, even those you have deleted, subject to any deletions required by UK GDPR.
