Sending large digital files

If you need to send documents to parties outside of Keystone and the files are too large or numerous to be sent by email, then you can use NetDocuments to deliver a secured link.

Using €˜Deliver a secured link' you can:

• Send large numbers of files, each with a 2GB individual size limit (For context 2GB equates to approximately a 24-minute 4K video file).
• Send large files and zip files up to a maximum of 2GB.
• Password protect your links for increased security.

Links are sent by email, either directly from NetDocuments or through Outlook.
